Petitioner has preferred this petition with the grievance that his representation, Annexure P-7 for transfer of vehicle in question in his name after death of his father has not been considered by the registration authority. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Ms. Sofia Gupta, AAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice. She at the outset submits that a speaking order on the representation, Annexure P-7 shall be passed at the earliest, in any case not later than one month.
