Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to grant revised pension and other pensionary benefits to the petitioner by counting daily wage service rendered by him with effect from 23.07.1987 to 22.02.2000 along with regular service with effect from 23.02.2000 to 31.03.2015.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the matter in controversy has already been decided by this Court in Gurpal Singh v. Punjab State Power Corporation Limited & Others (CWP-9746-2015, decided on 15.11.2016) and the subsequent writ petitions. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has already got issued legal notice dated 21.09.2018 (Annexure P5), but the same has not been decided as yet. Learned counsel submitted that petitioner is also ready to deposit the amount of Contributory Provident Fund which he has withdrawn as per the DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.11.02 16:09 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
