RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK, J Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was transferred at the present places of posting i.e. Umri, Distt.Kurukshetra, only on 4.7.2014 vide order Annexure P-8. He further submits that the petitioner is going to superannuate in the month of August 2015. The impugned order Annexure P-1 is in clear violation of the transfer policies of the respondentState at Annexures P-2 and P-3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that against the impugned transfer order, petitioner approached respondent no.2 by moving a self contained representation dated 1.1.2015 (Annexure P-4), but the same is also pending decision.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner at considerable length and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it GREESH SAHNI 2015.01.07 16:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.96 of 2015 should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, Managing Director, Haryana Seeds Development Corporation, Bays No.306, Sector 2, Panchkula-respondent no.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner raised by him in his representation dated 1.1.2015 (Annrexure P-4) sympathetically and also keeping in view the transfer order dated 4.7.2014 (Annexure P-8) as well as the relevant transfer policies of the State, by passing an appropriate order at an early date and in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three weeks' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, it is made clear that till appropriate order is passed by respondent no.2, impugned transfer order shall be kept in abeyance, qua the petitioner only. Respondent no.2 shall be at liberty to pass appropriate order at an earlier date as well.

With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
