(ORAL) In the present petition, learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the petitioner went to attend the proceedings in District Courts, Bathinda on 08.10.2021, on which date, the private respondents alongwith some other persons forcibly took away his car i.e. KUV300 bearing registration No.HR11M-6813. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner has filed a representation raising his grievance before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda on 08.10.2021, a copy of which has been annexed as Annexure P-4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the aforesaid representation is still pending consideration with the said authority and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a time bound direction is issued to respondent No.2 to decide the said representation by passing an appropriate speaking order. Mr. Kirat Singh Sidhu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, who has joined the proceedings through vide conference, keeping in view the service of advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and raises no objection in deciding the representation dated 08.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) by respondent No.2 in a time bound manner by passing an appropriate speaking order.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case and keeping in view the grievance raised by the petitioner in the present petition or the representation (Annexure P-4), the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 08.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) within a period of eight weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
