Dated Police Station Sections 08.11.2023 City Palwal 120-B, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC Seeking quashing of FIR captioned above, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 528 BNSS.

The case of the petitioner is that she is wife of one of the accused against whom there are main allegations and she has been roped in only because she happens to be spouse of the main accused.

Counsel for the State and that of the complainant submits that it is not a case worth issuing notice and for calling of the reply. State counsel submits that the investigation is at initial stage and any interference at this stage is not warranted . 4.

Given above, without commenting about the petitioner's role, the present petition is disposed of with direction to the Investigator concerned to speed up the investigation in the present FIR and conclude the same preferably within a period of six months. Liberty reserved to the petitioner to come again in case the investigation is not concluded by 30.06.2025. In case, she is charge sheeted then she may avail legal remedy in accordance with law, by challenging the said charge sheet and disposal of present petition shall not come in her way.
