(ORAL) Petition herein is for quashing of impugned order dated 29.05.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Moga in case titled "State v/s Kulwinder Singh etc." whereby non-bailable warrants of the petitioner have been issued, in FIR No.187 dated 01.09.2022, under Sections 420, 120-B of IPC, registered at Policed Station City South, District Moga.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that proceedings before this Court have been rendered infructuous and he has instructions not to press the same and seeks to withdraw the petition.
