(ORAL) The previous Division Bench of this Court in an order dated 22.02.2017 recorded that the only grievance in this writ petition was the non-issuance of a part completion certificate. The respondents were directed to verify the claim for the same. It is agreed that the final completion certificate has also been granted by now. The petitioner's grievance, therefore, stands redressed except as to the conditions stipulated therein.

The petition is, therefore, disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the conditions in the final completion certificate, if it so desires.
