**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to return the original academic documents as per the detailed given in the writ petition, deposited by her with respondent Nos.2 and 3, at the time of admission. Learned counsel for the respondents has handed over all the original documents to learned counsel for the petitioner in the Court today. Learned counsel for the respondents has informed that the petitioner has taken admission in B.Sc (Nursing) in the year 2012, which is five years course and the petitioner has now left the seat after completed three years.

In view of above, the present writ petition is disposed of, as having become infructuous.
