"In view of para nos.3, 4 and 5 of the written statement filed by the respondents No.1 to 4, learned counsel for the petitioner would be obligated to show as to how the present writ petition is maintainable after dismissal of the earlier writ petitions on the same cause of action.

Adjourned to 10.03.2023."

On 08.07.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Evidently, the earlier writ petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed and one more writ petition on the same cause of action was ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn.

The order dated 19.01.2023 was passed when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.
