(ORAL) The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.146, dated 01.09.2019, registered at Police Station Koonkalan, District Ludhiana, under Sections 294, 341 & 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) on the basis of compromise dated 19.02.2020 (Annexure P-2).

Pursuant to orders dated 11.12.2020 & 09.02.2021, report dated 02.03.2021 has been received from Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Ludhiana, according to which, the statements of the parties have been recorded and the compromise is genuine and has been arrived at between them without any threat, or coercion.

In view of the above, the petition is allowed and FIR No.146, dated 01.09.2019, registered at Police Station Koonkalan, District Ludhiana, under Sections 294, 341 & 506 IPC (Annexure P-1) along with all consequential proceedings having arisen therefrom, is quashed qua the petitioner.
