RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to quash order, dated 11.07.2024, Annexure P-2, passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, in case FIR No.37, dated 07.04.2024, under Section 21 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar (Rural),Annexure P-1, whereby application of the petitioner for releasing the vehicle Hyundai Verna Car No.HR-26BZ-2216, on superdari has been dismissed. It is further prayed to release the vehicle on superdari during pendency of trial in case FIR No.37, dated 07.04.2024, under Section 21 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Khilchian, District Amritsar (Rural). CRM-M-37705-2024 -2Singh, has submitted that the vehicle prayed to be released on Superdari has already been released on 23.08.2024 by the trial Court. He has placed on record a copy of the order, dated 23.08.2024, today in Court. The same is taken on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also affirmed the abovesaid fact.

In view of the unopposed statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
