G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) The grouse of the petitioner is that juniors have been promoted. However, it is not disputed that the petitioner did not have the educational qualifications till 06.07.2015 when the matter was pending consideration for promotion though the promotions have been made subsequently on the date of acquiring educational qualifications.

In such circumstances, there is no scope for asking the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner and the writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
