**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.677 dated 21.12.2023 under Sections 294, 323, 34 of IPC 3(1) and 3(1)(s) of SC and ST Act, 1989, registered at Police Station Sadar Fatehabad, District Fatehabad.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant case with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Allowed as prayed for.
