(Oral) The prayer in the present filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to register an FIR and investigate the matter as stated in the representation (Annexure P-4) made by the petitioner initially to respondent No.3, which was subsequently marked to respondent No.5.

Reply by way of an affidavit dated 16.01.2024 has been filed on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3.

A perusal of the reply would reveal that the enquiry on the application made by the petitioner is pending before the ADGP (Law and Order), Punjab.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.

However, it is expected that the ADGP (Law and Order), Punjab shall concude the enquiry as soon as possible and provide a copy of the said report to the petitioner.
