The present petition has been filed for quashing the action of respondents, to displace one contractual employee arrangement with another one, which is not appropriate for the petitioners 2. Learned counsel prays for time to substantiate that the petitioners are still working as labourers for the ICR (Indian Council of Agriculture Research) in DWR (Director of Wheat Research) through a document. They are engaged through respondent No.4-Contractor and have not been paid minimum wages. In this regard, a detailed representation will be submitted by them, which may be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. 3. Notice of motion.
4. At the asking of the Court, Mr. Naveen Chopra, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and has no objection for deciding the same.
