(ORAL) The petitioners' grievance, in brief, is that though they are qualified for allotment of 100 sq. yards plots, under the Haryana Government Scheme, dated 1.2.2008 (Annexure P-1), their applications have been wrongly rejected by the Sarpanch of Village Mohna, Tehsil Ballabgarh, District Faridabad, as he was inimical towards them.

We have heard counsel for the petitioners and in view of the limited nature of the prayer, dispose of the writ petition by directing the Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad, to examine representation (Annexure P-2) and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
