Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioners were applicants seeking partition of their separate share measuring 171K out of total joint land measuring 213K15M before the Assistant Collector Ist Grade,Khamano. It is stated that no objection whatsoever, was filed by the respondents\cosharers to the extent of 42K to the mode of partition except the question of title which was decided against them by the Assistant Collector Ist Grade exercising the powers of the Revenue Court. The sanad taksim was ordered on 11.11.2014(P-7) and vide order dated 18.11.2014 warrants for separate possession were issued for execution. Thereafter, the respondents are stated to have filed a revision on 17.12.2014(P-3) before the Financial Commissioner(Revenue)Punjab under Section 16(1) of the Punjab Land Revenue Act,1887. CWP 9646/2015 Grievance of the petitioners is that the learned Financial Commissioner is neither deciding the application filed by the petitioners seeking vacation granted in favour of the respondents/ revision petitioners vide ex parte order dated 12.3.2015 nor proceeding with the revision.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties the present writ petition is disposed of with the direction to Financial Commissioner(Revenue)Punjab to decide the pending application for vacation of stay one way or the other within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

Disposed of in the above terms.
