Petitioner has filed this petition seeking a direction to the respondents for grant of compensation for illegal installation of electricity pole adjoining to the boundary wall of his house. She also contends that pole needs to be shifted to some safer place. Petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 4 to look into the matter and pass a speaking order within one month from today.
