(ORAL) By way of present writ petition filed under Article 226/227 of Constitution of India, prayer has been made for issuance of directions to respondent No.2 to forward the reference petition filed at the instance of petitioner, invoking Section 30/31 of Land Acquisition Act, 1894, received in the office on 26.09.2022 (Annexure P-1).

Upon advance notice, Mr. Shivendra Swaroop, DAG Haryana on instructions from Hari Om Attri, DRO-cum-LAC Sonipat submits that the reference petition moved at the instance of petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from today. 3.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing substantial survives to be adjudicated upon in the present writ petition and thus the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to take a decision upon the reference moved at the instance of petitioner (Annexure P-1, Pg-11) within a period of two weeks from today.
