Mr. Suman Jain, Advocate, for respondents no.3 and 4-U.T.. ***** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has impugned order dated 10.08.2018, Annexure P-5, issued by House Allotment Committee, Chandigarh. He inter alia submits that the order is non-speaking and cryptic. No clear reasons are assigned for denying him a type-6 (old)/VI (new) accommodation. A query has been put to learned counsel appearing for U.T. whether the matter can be re-examined and fresh order can be passed as per the Rules. He submits that there is no impediment in the same. Under the circumstances, the impugned order, Annexure P-5, is hereby set aside with liberty to respondent No.4 to pass a fresh order as per the Rules within one month.
