This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for non-compliance of the order dated 08.11.2019 passed in CWP-17910-2017. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 08.11.2019 has since been complied and order dated 25.07.2025 has since been passed. In view thereof, he does not wish to press the present contempt petition. He, however, seeks liberty to challenge the order dated 25.07.2025 in accordance with law.

Dismissed as not pressed with the liberty aforesaid.
