(Oral) This petition has been filed, inter alia, seeking a writ of certiorari quashing of letter dated 28.11.2017, Annexure P-11, whereby the petitioner's candidature for the post of Assistant Professors (College Cadre) Chemistry was rejected.

The result of petitioner's provisional interview has been produced before the Court in a sealed cover, which is taken on record as Annexure 'A'. It shows he has scored 67.96 marks as a general category candidate.
