**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to pay him commuted value of pension and other benefits. The respondents in their reply have stated that this petition had been preferred in the year 2015. It is further stated that the petitioner had been granted all benefits of ACP, leave encashment, gratuity and pension arrears vide memo dated 30.03.2016 and 13.06.2017. Copies of the memos are appended as R-2 & R-3 with the reply. It is further stated that the petitioner had also been invited to the office of Municipal Corporation to check the record and if he has any grievance he could intimate the same and it would be forwarded to the concerned office.

Heard.

In view of the above the grievance of the petitioner appears to have been partly redressed. If the petitioner has any subsisting grievance he would file a representation to respondent No.2, who shall pass a speaking SWARN JIT SINGH 2022.09.15 17:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
