**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for transfer of investigation in FIR No. 93 dated 11.6.2018 under Sections 420, 406 IPC, registered at P.S. City Hoshiarpur, District Hoshiarpur to CBI or any other independent agency.

Vide order dated 18.11.2019, the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur to file his own affidavit regarding the status of the investigation. As per status report by way of affidavit of Senior Superintendent of Police, Hoshiarpur, Special Investigation Team consisting of DSP City Hoshiarpur, DSP (Investigation), Hoshiarpur and SHO, PS City Hoshiarpur, has been constituted to investigate the matter. CRM-M No. 34905 of 2019 -2the matter and the chain of criminal proceedings is being looked after by the Special Investigating Team. Keeping in view the above, the petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
