attaching copy of the Government Notification, whereby Village Sanauli was included within the Municipal limits, and other relevant documents in support of the claim of petitioners that on the date when the Punjab Management and Transfer of Municipal Properties Act, 2020 came into existence, they were already in possession of the land in question for more than twelve years.

Keeping in view the aforesaid submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
