Present petition has been filed by the petitioner, seeking grant of anticipatory bail, in case, FIR No.133, dated 11.05.2026, under Sections 15-b of NDPS Act and sections 61, 85 of NDPS Act added later on, registered at Police Station Kalanwali, Dabwali, District Sirsa. 2.

On the very outset, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Satpal, points out that petitioner has already been arrested on 26.06.2026, in the subsequently registered case, i.e. FIR No.186 dated 26.06.2026, under sections 15-b/61/85 of NDPS Act, at PS Kalanwali, Dabwali.

In view of this, counsel for the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition, with liberty to file fresh one subsequently. 4.

Accordingly, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the liberty as sought and recorded here above.
