**** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioner has prayed for the issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 10.10.2017 and also to declare the unilateral inspection report dated 25.09.2017 as illegal, by which the respondents have refused affiliation to the petitioner-college for 4 years B.A. B.Ed. integrated course.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner-college and perused the available record.

It is not disputed that the petitioner-college has already given a detailed reply to the impugned order dated 10.10.2017 on 03.11.2017 and it is also not denied that no action either-way has been taken by the respondents thereafter, therefore, the petitioner may, at the first instance, seek information from the respondents about the result of their response dated 03.11.2017.
