This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 Cr.P.C.) seeking quashing of the Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner in connection with FIR No.10 dated 31.01.2026, registered under Sections 110, 115(2), 351(3), 3(5) and 238 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 308, 323, 506, 34 and 201 IPC) at Police Station Thulliwal, District Barnala, Punjab (Annexure P-3) and for quashing of the impugned order dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure P-10) passed by the Court of learned JMIC, Barnala.
