The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.) for issuance of directions to official respondents to arrest respondent Nos.5 to 7 as the said respondents have been specifically name in the cross case vide DDR No.41 dated 23.06.2022 under Sections 323, 326, 506, 34 IPC in FIR No.135 dated 22.06.2022 under Sections 323, 325, 34 IPC registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran.

Mr. Amardeep Singh, Advocate has filed Power of Attorney on behalf of respondent No.7 in Court today which is taken on record.

State counsel submits that cancellation report in the matter, has been filed and nothing survives in the petition and therefore, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
