The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.c. for issuance of direction for free and fair investigation of the scam which has taken place during the appointment of assistant linemen as well as to register FIRs against the candidates who have secured jobs on the basis of forged certificates and erring officials of respondent Nos.3 & 4. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition with liberty to avail of alternate remedy, if any, available in accordance with law.
