CWP-21297-2020 ( O&M ) Learned Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, after arguing at length, submits that the petitioner may be permitted to approach the respondent authorities today itself by filing an application for NAROTAM DASS 2021.01.29 15:40 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC CHANDIGARH

CWP-21297-2020 ( O&M ) -2considering his case under the non-sponsored category on merits. He prays for the aforesaid relief on the submission and contention that the order revoking the sponsorship certificate was issued and received by the petitioner after the cut-off date and therefore, he is compelled to make the aforesaid prayer before this court.

Learned counsel appearing for PGI submits that in case the petitioner approaches the respondent authorities today itself, his case shall be considered in accordance with law and decision thereon will be taken by the authorities as early as possible, preferably by Monday i.e. 01.02.2021. In view of the aforesaid, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case or making any observation in respect of the entitlement of the petitioner, the petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities today itself and giving liberty to the respondent authorities to consider the representation of the petitioner and take a decision thereon in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably by Monday i.e. 01.02.2021.
