(ORAL) After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to grant the concession of anticipatory bail, a prayer was made by learned counsel for the petitioners for withdrawal of the instant petition. He, however, undertakes that the petitioner will appear and surrender before the trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate by tomorrow and he be protected till then.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

No coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner till 11.08.2023.

In case, on appearance and surrender, the petitioner moves an application for bail before the trial Court, the same shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with law. In case he fails to abide by the undertaking given in the Court today, the protection from arrest given to him till 11.08.2023, shall be of no avail to him thereafter.
