Only grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken by the concerned authority pursuant to letter, Annexure P-2. He has referred to relevant part of the letter, Annexure P-2. Same reads as under:- "It is to bring to your notice that Sh. Satya Narain son of Sh. Chiranji Lal, resident of village Sehma, Tehsil, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh (Haryana), has made an application dated 03.08.2018 to the effect that he was granted one stage carriage permit No.4/RTA/NNL/2017 on route No.170 under the Transport Scheme o 2016. He has been suffering huge recurring loss by operating the bus on the said route as a result whereof he is under mental as well as economical stress. The operation of bus on the said route does not generate enough revenue to meet the expenses.
The applicant has made application for the grant of stage carriage permit on route No.168 Mahendergarh to Rewari via Kanina of Transport Scheme of 2016. The applicant has made the application in this office alongwith a demand draft No.878247 dated 02.08.2018 for an amount of Rs.25,000/- drawn on Union of Bank of India, Narnaul, for the change of the route. The applicant has submitted that he was ready SUKHPREET KAUR 2018.12.

and willing to pay any other fee if any. The application alongwith demand draft and copy of permit are attached." You are requested to give necessary guidelines/direction regarding the grant of permit on route No.168 Mahendergarh to Rewari via Kanina in place of route No.170 Narnaul to Kanina via Sehma so that necessary action is taken on his application." On the asking of the court, Mr. Saurabh Mohunta, DAG, Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. He submits that the issue shall be looked into by the concerned authority within three weeks from today.
