The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was molested by the accused regarding which she had submitted a complaint to the police but no action has been taken thereupon. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without making any expression on merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural, District Amritsar to look into the matter and to decide the complaint dated 22.7.2019 (Annexure P-1), moved by petitioner, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
