3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioners seek allotment of plots under the 'Oustees quota'. It is averred that their land fully described in para No.2 of the writ petition and situated within the revenue estate of village Jharsa, Tehsil and District Gurgaon, was acquired by the State vide notification dated 20.04.1990 issued under Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. The petitioners further submit that in terms of the eligibility criteria given in the Government policies issued from time to time, they fall in the category of 'oustees' and are entitled to allotment of residential plots under the Oustees quota. The petitioners are said to have represented the authorities for such allotment on 25.02.2015 (Annexure P-7). Since the respondent-authorities have yet not decided their claim that the petitioners have approached this Court.

CWP No.9701 of 2015 [2] Having heard learned counsel for the petitioners and considering the nature of relief sought by them, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondents to consider the above-mentioned claim of the petitioners in accordance with law/Government/HUDA policies framed from time to time and decide the same by passing a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order.
