(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia, for seeking direction to respondent No.2 to release the deposited amount along with interest in terms of the acquisition proceedings and enhanced amount of compensation as ordered by this Court vide order dated 15.07.2015 (Annexure P-6). 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to file an execution application for release of acquisition amount in terms of order dated 15.07.2015, passed by this Court. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to remedies as may be available to them in accordance with law.
