Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant Criminal Writ Petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking issuance of appropriate direction to respondents No. 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, at the hands of respondents No.3 and 4. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 05.06.2026 (Annexure P-1) to the Senior Superintendent of Police, S.B.S. Nagar (Nawanshehar) and he shall be satisfied in case respondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.
