Present writ petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to sanction disability pension to the petitioner on account of 82% permanent disability due to the injuries inflicted upon him at the time of his duties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 30.08.2018 (Annexure P2), which is still pending adjudication with the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 30.08.2018 (Annexure P2) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
