****** AJAY KUMAR MITTAL, J. (Oral) Civil Misc. No.9013 of 2016 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition.
It has been averred in the application that the contesting respondent by way of filing the written statement and even verbally assured the petitioner that the work is allotted by the Panchayats and the Executive Engineer will allot the work as per the policy through e-tendering to the licensed contractors and therefore, the petitioner does not want to pursue the matter further and the present petition be dismissed as withdrawn.

Ms. Shubra Singh, Addl. A.G. Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the non-applicant/respondents and pleads no objection to the withdrawal of the writ petition.
