(Oral) The petitioner has filed the instant petition under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 for grant of pre-arrest bail in case bearing FIR No.0155 dated 17.05.2026 registered under Sections 110, 115 and 3(5) of the BNS, 2023 at Police Station City Mandi Dabwali, District Sirsa. Status report by way of an affidavit of Yogesh Kataria, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (HQ), Police District Dabwali has been filed on behalf of respondent-State in the Court today and the same is taken on record.
