Prayer made in the writ petition for counting the service rendered by the petitioners for the purpose of pension and other pensionary benefits from 16.05.1970 to 31.08.1992.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner was Kabaddi Coach and was working as District Pachayati Raj Sports Officer and similarly placed another coach has been granted benefit of counting of service by this Court in the judgment rendered in CWP-19292-2010 titled as "Pritam Singh v. Pepsu Road Transport Corporation and Others, decided on 23.02.2012. Learned counsel further contended that petitioner has already made detailed representation dated 03.09.2018 (Annexure P14), but the same has not been decided as yet by the respondents.
