This is an application for disposing of the writ petition in terms of settlement arrived at between the parties on 23.04.2018 before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Prayer is not opposed by learned counsel representing the respondent-workman.

In view of above, application is allowed as prayed for. Main petition stands disposed of in terms of the settlement. Petitioner shall be at liberty to move an application before the concerned authority for withdrawal of the amount stated to have been deposited pursuant to award passed by the Labour court.
