Mr. Vivek Saini, Advocate, for respondent no.2. ***** VINOD S. BHARDWAJ, J,(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for seeking removal/de-installation of the mobile tower that has been installed in the premises of the petitioner. 2.

It is undisputed that the lease/license agreement had been executed between the petitioner and the private respondents on 28.05.2010 and apparently the dispute relates to the petitioner and the private respondents qua non-payment of the agreed rent.

The present petition has been filed as an abuse of the process of law for agitating a purely civil dispute by means of filing a writ petition. 4.

The same is devoid of any merit and is accordingly dismissed. 5.
