(Oral) One of the contention raised is that services of 2nd respondent, who was employed on casual basis, were decided to be dispensed with vide notice dated 21.09.1999 on a totally different ground without any reference to his involvement in the criminal case. We, however, find from the impugned order that no such plea was taken before the Tribunal who proceeded on the premise that the services of respondent No.2 were dispensed with due to his involvement in criminal case in which he earned acquittal.
Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition at this stage with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Tribunal to raise the above-mentioned MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.05.19 11:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
