This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Section 215 of the Constitution of India for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for non-compliance of the order dated 17.04.2023 passed in CWP-7686-2023.

None has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner despite the matter being called twice since morning.

Additional affidavit of Rahul Hooda, IAS, Director Higher Education, Haryana filed by learned State counsel is taken on record. Registry to scan the same and tag at the appropriate place. Learned State counsel submits that order dated 17.04.2023 passed in CWP-7686-2023 has since been complied with. Along with the affidavit, order dated 21.08.2024 (Annexure R-1) has also been appended.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged.
