Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court by way of instant Criminal Writ Petition under Section 528 of BNSS seeking direction to respondents No.1 to 4 to consider and decide the complaints dated 25.03.2026 (Annexure P-1) and 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner and to take appropriate action in accordance with law thereon and further direction has been issued to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.5 to 11. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a complaint dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, District Moga and he shall be satisfied in case respondent No.3 is directed to look into the matter and take appropriate steps, in accordance with law.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Amit Rana, Sr. DAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4-State. 5.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and after going through the case file, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Moga, District Moga, to consider the complaint dated 02.06.2026 (Annexure P-4) and decide the same by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly as per law, within a period of two months from today.
