**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this petition for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to decide the representation filed by the petitioner on 28.08.2021 in the context of grant of compensation on account of damage of his crop.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is owner in possession of land measuring 48 Kanals having defined dimensions and nomenclature. In the month of August, 2013, respondent No.1 undertook to set up a new sub station of 220K/66KVV in the village. When the line was laid, land of the petitioner in Khasra No.160 came under the line and due to MOHMED ATIK 2021.11.02 13:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No. 22042 of 2021 -2process of installation, standing crop of the petitioner was damaged. No compensation was assessed in respect of damage caused to the crop of the petitioner despite representation made by the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that at this stage, petitioner would be satisfied in case her representation dated 28.08.2021 is decided by Executive Engineer, Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited in a time bound manner.

At this stage, Mr. Ashish Yadav, Advocate appears on behalf of the respondents.

In view of nature of order which this Court proposes to pass, there is no necessity of calling upon response from the respondents at this stage, as no order prejudicial to the interest of any party is being passed.

This petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.08.2021 in accordance with law preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
