-.- KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.150 dated 6.4.2021 registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 324, IPC and Section 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act at Police Station Taraori, District Karnal. Counsel for the appellant submits that earlier the appellant was granted bail by the Court of competent jurisdiction but he jumped bail on 11.5.2022 and consequently his bail bonds and surety bonds were cancelled and now he has been ordered to be summoned through non-bailable warrant of arrest. The counsel further submits that the appellant noted down wrong date and that is why he failed to appear before the trial Court on 11.5.2022, which resulted in passing of impugned order (Annexure P-6). ( 2 ) CRA-S-1700-2022 (O&M) for the appellant submits that the appellant is ready to join proceedings before the trial Court.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr. Naveen Kumar Sheoran, DAG, accepts notice on behalf of State of Haryana and has not disputed the fact that appellant jumped bail vide order dated 11.5.2022 (Annexure A-6). In view of the above, without adverting to the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to the appellant to appear before the trial Court within next 20 days and on his appearance, he is directed to be released on bail by the Court concerned to his furnishing fresh bail bonds to the satisfaction of the said Court subject to cost of `3,000/- to be deposited by the appellant with the District Legal Services Authorities, Karnal.
