State of Punjab and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Rajesh Bansal,Advocate for the petitioner Mr.Yatinder Sharma,Addl.AG Punjab Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner before this Court was that the Revenue Original Revision (RoR) filed by the petitioner after remand by this Court on 27.9.2012 in respect of partition proceedings was still pending consideration before the Financial Commissioner,Punjab. Learned State counsel was directed to verify the factual position.

At the time of hearing today,learned State counsel on instructions from Vijay Sharma, Senior Assistant states that the said revision has since been decided on 25.5.2015 and therefore, present writ petition has become infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that primary grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. In view of the above,present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
