SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The instant petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0005 dated 18.01.2022 under Section 22 of NDPS Act and Section 27 of NDPS Act, 1985 (added later on) registered at P.S Bareta, District Mansa.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the instant petition stating that the petitioners have since been convicted by the trial Court vide order dated 12.03.2025.

Prayer is accepted.
